Copyright and Licensing for the Journal of Management, Education, and Communication (CC-BY-NC)

1. Copyright

The Journal of Management, Education, and Communication (referred to as "the Journal") holds the copyright for all articles and content published in the journal, unless otherwise stated.

2. Licensing Terms

The Journal of Management, Education, and Communication applies the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC-BY-NC) license to all published articles. Under this license:

a. Authors' Rights: Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting the Journal the exclusive right to first publication.

b. Open Access: All articles published in the Journal are freely and openly accessible to the public, promoting the dissemination of knowledge and research.

c. Reuse and Distribution: Readers are allowed to copy, distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the work for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given to the original work and the Journal.

3. Attribution Requirements

When reusing or distributing content from the Journal under the CC-BY-NC license, the following attribution requirements must be met:

a. Author Attribution: Properly credit the author(s) of the original work by providing their names.

b. Journal Citation: Include a citation to the Journal of Management, Education, and Communication, including the volume, issue, and page numbers where applicable.

c. License Indication: Clearly indicate that the work is licensed under CC-BY-NC and provide a link to the license to inform others about the terms of use.

4. Non-Commercial Use

5. No Derivative Works

Jurnal Journal of Management, Education, and Communication (selanjutnya disebut sebagai "Jurnal") memiliki hak cipta atas semua artikel dan konten yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal ini, kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya.

2. Syarat Lisensi

Jurnal Journal of Management, Education, and Communication menerapkan lisensi Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC-BY-NC) untuk semua artikel yang diterbitkan. Di bawah lisensi ini:
