Journal of Management, Education and Communication (JMEC) invites scholars, researchers, lecturers, educators, practitioners, professionals, and students to submit original research articles and scholarly essays for publication.

JMEC provides an academic forum for discussing current issues, theories, research findings, and innovative practices in the fields of management, education, communication, and related interdisciplinary studies.

Submitted manuscripts should present original ideas, rigorous academic analysis, and significant contributions to the development of knowledge and professional practice.

Management

Management science, organizational management, strategic management, human resource management, financial management, marketing, entrepreneurship, public management, and related areas.

Education

Educational management, teaching and learning, curriculum, educational technology, educational policy, teacher development, higher education, and innovative educational practices.

Communication

Communication studies, organizational communication, digital communication, media studies, journalism, public relations, intercultural communication, and strategic communication.

Interdisciplinary Studies

Interdisciplinary research connecting management, education, communication, social sciences, technology, culture, and contemporary societal issues.

MANUSCRIPT TYPES

Types of Manuscripts

Research Article

Original research based on empirical, qualitative, quantitative, mixed-method, or other appropriate scholarly approaches.

Scholarly Essay / Review

Critical scholarly discussions, conceptual analyses, literature-based studies, and academically rigorous essays addressing contemporary issues.

A4 Manuscript paper size

100–150 Abstract words

CMS Turabian / Chicago style

Manuscript must be original and has not been published elsewhere.
Manuscript must follow the JMEC Author Guidelines.
Abstract must be provided in Indonesian and English.
Authors should provide complete affiliation and correspondence information.
References and citations should follow Turabian Style or Chicago Manual of Style.
Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their references.

Publication Frequency

JMEC is published three times a year. Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts well in advance of the intended publication period.

Quality and Academic Integrity

All submitted manuscripts are subject to an editorial screening and peer-review process. Manuscripts are evaluated based on their originality, academic quality, methodological rigor, relevance to the journal's scope, clarity, and contribution to scholarly knowledge.

Publication decisions are made by the editorial team based on the results of the review process.
